Dr. Parvinder S. Sandhu is associated with Rayat & Bahra Institute of Engineering & Bio-Technology, India as Director-Principal and Professor Department of Computer Science & Engineering and Information Technology. He worked as Assistant Professor and Head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Guru Nanak Dev Engineering College, Ludhiana (India). He has his doctorate and Masters in Software Engineering. He is member of IEEE, IASTED (Calgary, Canada), Indian Society of Technical Education, WASET and International Association of Science & Technology Development (Calgary, Canada). He is editorial committee member of Journal of Electronic Science & Technology (China), Journal of Information, Information Technology and Organizations, International Journal of Computer Theory & Engineering. He is also member of high profile committees of Government of India related with the technical education. He has published more than 150 research papers in various referred International journals and conferences. He chaired a number of renowned International Conferences and also acted as keynote speaker in different conferences. His current research interests are Software Reusability, Software Maintenance, Machine Learning and Image Processing.

Director ANDO RYOSUKE presently serves as Director of Research Department and Chief Research Engineer, TTRI (Toyota Transportation Research Institute), Toyota, Japan. Director ANDO RYOSUKE got his doctor degree of Doctor of Engineering (Traffic & Transportation Planning), March 1993, at Nagoya University (Nagoya City, Japan).

Director ANDO RYOSUKE’s fields of expertise are Traffic & Transportation Planning & Engineering: travel demand forecasting, traffic simulation, intelligent transportation systems and Urban Planning & Regional Planning: regional planning et al.

He got Professional Engineer of Japan (Civil Engineering: Road): Certified by Japanese Government in Feb. and registered in Mar. 1999, Professional Engineer of Japan (Civil Engineering: Urban & Rural Planning): Certified by Japanese Government and registered in Feb. 2000 and Professional Engineer of Japan (General Technological Management: Civil Engineering- Road): Certified by Japanese Government and registered in Feb. 2002.

Director ANDO RYOSUKE showed Professional Society and Activities of Japan Society of Civil Engineers, City Planning Institute of Japan, Society of Automotive Engineers of Japan, City Planning Association of Japan, Committee on User Information Systems (AND20) of TRB (Transportation Research Board), Eastern Asia Society for Transportation Studies and World Conference on Transport Research Association.
